The Town of Riverview offers permanent, part-time, casual, and student employment.

Human Resources involve the following priorities:

  • Coordinate all Town employment (hiring, terminations, retirements, etc.)
  • Participate in the negotiation and administration of collective agreements
  • Maintain employee records/files - Administer employee evaluation systems - Coordinate corporate and employee training
  • Administer employee classification system - Responsible for labour/management relations. - Participate on Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee
  • Administration of benefits programs
  • Coordinate and lead succession planning
  • Negotiate and administer the Employee Assistance Program
