Blue/Green Sorting Program
The Town of Riverview follows the blue/green sorting program, which involves the separation of recyclable and compostable materials. Following the program is an easy way for citizens to do their part in reducing Riverview's carbon footprint. For information about sorting organic, recyclable and hazardous waste please consult SE Recycle waste sorting guide. SE Recycle is responsible for the proper disposal of the area's solid waste. Blue and green bags containing improperly sorted waste will be tagged with an orange non-compliance sticker and left at the curb.
