The Town of Riverview is advising residents that a section of the Riverfront Trail between Muncey Drive and Hawthorne Park will be closed for approximately two weeks starting May 15 to allow for the construction of a pedestrian bridge. Detour signs will direct trail users to the adjacent Hawthorne Drive where they can travel safely around the construction before returning to the trail. Public Notice from the Government of New Brunswick: Please be advised that construction on the new Petitcodiac bridge will commence the week of May 15, 2017. There will be some temporary lane closures and changes in traffic patterns during this start-up period.
