As little as 30 minutes of exercise a day can improve your bones and muscles, reduce risk of illnesses like heart disease, diabetes and colon cancer and increase your overall energy levels.

You'll find a number of ways to be more active throughout this website, whether it's through organized programs, recreational activities or using one of our many community facilities such as the tennis courts, our beautiful trails, the green gym, parks, etc.

Fall 2017 Registration:
Saturday, September 9
Online Registration opens at 10 a.m.
In Person Registration at Parks & Recreation Office (55 Biggs Drive) from 10 a.m. to noon

The following youth serving organizations will be holding in person registration at the Fall Registration Fair at the Riverview Community Hall from 10 a.m. to noon.:
- AKA Dance
- Girl Guides of Canada
- Riverview Skating Club
- Riverview Minor Hockey
- Riverview Minor Basketball
- Riverview Ringette
- Scouts Canada - New Brunswick Council
- Codiac Vikings Swim Club
