As little as 30 minutes of exercise a day can improve your bones and muscles, reduce risk of illnesses like heart disease, diabetes and colon cancer and increase your overall energy levels.

You'll find a number of ways to be more active throughout this website, whether it's through organized programs, recreational activities or using one of our many community facilities such as the tennis courts, our beautiful trails, the green gym, parks, etc.

Online Registration opens at 7 p.m.
In Person Registration at Parks & Recreation Office (55 Biggs Drive) from 7 - 9 p.m.
