Fundy Chocolate River Station

Restored from the old town fire hall, the Fundy Chocolate River Station (391 Coverdale Road) re-opened in 2010 as a tourist destination and hub for local fun and activity.

The Chocolate River Station is situated on the Petitcodiac River offering visitors an amazing view of the world-famous tidal bore. Bordering the scenic Riverfront Park and boardwalk, the Chocolate River Station is the ultimate stage from which to view one of New Brunswick's natural wonders.

The facility is home to the Municipal Visitor Information Centre as well as local retail shops and services: Briggs Maples, La SpaThe Cocoa RoomUnplugged Riverview and Barbara Safran Studios Fine Art.

As a popular community centre, the Chocolate River Station has been the host facility for the Assembly of First Nations (AFN) Annual General Assembly, Mosaiq Multicultural Festival, the World Vision Draw the Line fundraising campaign, Maritime Idol, the Greater Moncton Area Amateur Radio Club 24-hour ham radio competition, and many more regional events.
