Committee Recruitment - July 2021

Want to make a positive difference in Riverview? We’re looking for folks to share their time, skills and life experience in positions on Town of Riverview committees. These citizen roles influence decisions on policies, spending, programs and more. Mayor LeBlanc will make appointments to the following committees in July/August:

• Inclusion and Equality Committee (NEW)

• Codiac Regional Policing Authority

For all committees, we strive to reflect the diversity of our community. We encourage applications from residents who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC), LGBTQIA/2S, as well as newcomers and young people (ages 18+).

Please also consider applying if you have lived experience that could inform your contributions to the committee such as experience with disability, mental health, poverty or addiction.
