- By-Law 300-33-2, a By-Law to amend the Municipal Plan By-Law for the Town of Riverview.

Policies

Tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
- Tender 20-96 for Collapsed Sewer Replacement awarded to Phillips Bros. Excavating in the amount of $137,860.00 (plus HST) and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to sign all related documentation.
Other Business
Council made a motion to authorize the Mayor and Town Clerk to enter into an agreement with ActiveNet LLC for the supply and implementation of ActiveNet Recreation Software.
Council made a motion to authorize the transfer of $16,000 capital from Sport Field Upgrades to the installation of Beach Ball Volleyball Courts at the Lion’s Community Park. Further, that Town Staff continue to engage the Regional Development Corporation (RDC) for support through the Family and Youth Capital Assistance Program.
