Presentation

Chantal Senecal presented on behalf of Food Depot Alimentaire to share information about the free breakfast programs offered to students through Riverview schools. 

Monthly Grant Report

  • $2500 to the Special Olympics NB Fundraising Gala at Casino New Brunswick on October 30, 2019.

Policies

  • None presented.

Tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFP)

  • $333,305 +HST awarded to Saunders Equipment Limited for the purchase of a 2020 Johnston VT652 Dual Broom Vacuum Sweeper.

Other Business

Council adopted a resolution per the Expropriations Act to authorize staff to conduct a survey and appraisal of a portion of land on the corner of Pine Glen Road and Pinewood Road for the purposes of expropriation.

Mayor Seamans appointed Anne Gauvin to be a Town of Riverview representative on the Riverview Public Library’s board of directors effective immediately.
