Riverview Town council is considering an amendment to the Municipal Plan By-Law

The proposed change to the by-law proposes to amend the land use designation of a portion of the property bearing PID 01042902 from Community Use to Residential on the Generalized Future Land Use Map.  This amendment will permit the subsequent rezoning of property as part of the sale of a portion of unused lands for public purpose to adjacent property owners on Henderson Avenue.

e. Kirk Brewer, Planner - Updates to Controlled Access By-Law & Proposed Resolution 

WHEREAS Riverview Town Council intends to repeal and replace By-law 300-66, being the Controlled Access Streets By-law; BE IT RESOLVED THAT: By-law 300-67 be referred to the Planning Advisory Committee for its written views; and  A public hearing to consider objections to the proposed by-law be scheduled for Tuesday, October 12, at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers.
