Monthly Grant Report
- $100 to Isaac Acker an Atlantic Exchange Student.
- $500 to the NB Building Officials Association for the bursary for Mike O’Neill.
- $1000 to Harvest House Atlantic for the walk for homelessness on March 17, 2018.
- $1500 to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s walk for cure on June 10, 2018.
- $3000 to Atlantic Nationals Car Show Extravaganza’s annual Riverview breakfast on July 5, 2018.
- $1250 to River of Pride’s Pride Week celebrations from August 18-25, 2018.

Tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
- Award of Tender 18-01 to MacDonald Paving & Construction Ltd. in the amount of $328,600 +HST for asphalt patching on various streets.
- Award of Tender 18-04 to Birch Hill Construction Co. Ltd in the amount of $67,097.50 +HST for supply and delivery of crushed rock.
- Award of Tender 18-22 to Taylor Ford in the amount of $35,682.75 including HST and trade-in for supply of 2018 4x4 pick-up truck.
- Award of RFQ (Request for Quote) for project 18-70 to Traffic Structures Ltd. in the amount of $46,552+HST for traffic signal poles and mast arms for Gunningsville intersection reconstruction.

The next Council meeting will take place on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 7 p.m. There will be a Special Regular Council Meeting immediately following the Committee of the Whole.
