Lane reduction and detour on Hillsborough Road

Update: The lane reduction and detour on Hillsborough Road originally scheduled for Tuesday, July 2 has been postponed to Wednesday, July 3 (weather pending).

The Town of Riverview wishes to advise the public of the following temporary lane reductions and detour on Hillsborough Road on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

• Westbound lanes between Rivercrest Avenue and Leonard Street will be reduced to one lane.
• Eastbound traffic on Hillsborough Road will be detoured from Rivercrest Avenue onto Old Coach Road.

This lane reduction and detour will allow for a water main replacement on Hillsborough Road at the Hillview Avenue intersection.

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the public’s patience during this upgrade to infrastructure.
