Lane reduction on Coverdale Road

RIVERVIEW (N.B.) - The Town of Riverview wishes to advise residents that sections of Coverdale Road, between Turtle Creek Road and Patricia Drive, will be reduced to one lane from August 10, 2020 to the end of September (weather permitting).

This is to allow for the replacement of four storm culverts and associated road reinstatement.

Construction hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. During these hours, sections of Coverdale Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic with traffic control personnel directing stop and go traffic through the work zone. Expect delays.

Lanes will be reopened at the end of each day, however, there may be occasions when the contractor is unable to reopen the road to two lanes. Temporary lighting will be installed to ensure the safe movement of traffic in these circumstances.

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the public’s patience during construction.
