Lane reduction on Hillsborough Road 

Starting October 12, Hillsborough Road from Red Leaf Avenue to Garland Drive will be reduced to one lane in each direction to allow for the replacement of sanitary sewer connections in the area. The closure will be in place for approximately three weeks.  

Traffic control personnel will direct stop-and-go vehicle and bicycle traffic through the work zone. The sidewalk will be temporarily closed. Please proceed with caution and expect delays. 

Nearby residents who are directly affected by the sewer replacements have been notified by hand-delivered letter.
