Plan a festive visit to experience Light Up Riverview

Update: The nightly riverfront light display will remain on through to the end of Riverview Winter Carnival (Feb. 4-13, 2022).

Bundle up for festivities that span the twinkling riverfront as we Light Up Riverview for another holiday season!

Mayor Andrew Leblanc and Riverview Town Council invite you to join them on the Riverfront Trail on Thursday, November 25 from 7-8 p.m. for a festive evening filled with tunes, treats and a bit of magic!

Musical entertainment organized by the Riverview Arts Centre includes carol singing with Jared Lutes at the riverfront gazebo. Stroll farther along the trail to discover young local talents Sarah Nelson on the fiddle, James Nelson on the guitar and Johnny Beach on the fiddle. They’ll keep you moving with toe-tapping holiday tunes!

Bring your letter for Santa and drop it in our mailbox for special direct delivery to the North Pole.

If you're feeling thirsty, stop by the Fundy Chocolate River Station for spirited adult beverages created especially for the evening by Holy Whale Brewing Company.

Warm up with the Christmas Barn's delightful gourmet hot chocolate with all the fixings! The friendly staff will be serving from its event trailer on the Fundy Chocolate River Station boardwalk.

Walking, rolling, snowshoeing and fat biking along the trail are all encouraged. However you get here, Light Up Riverview is a must-see holiday experience in New Brunswick. The lights will remain on until the end of Riverview Winter Carnival (Feb. 4-13).

Visitors are reminded of trail etiquette during the pandemic and should continue to follow guidelines from public health including physical distancing, hand hygiene and mask wearing.
