Riverview welcomes neighbours back to summer block parties

Gather outdoors with friends and neighbours at the annual summer block parties starting this week in Riverview. Get to know Mayor Andrew J. LeBlanc and members of Riverview Town Council, along with representatives from Riverview Neighbourhood Watch, Codiac RCMP, and the Fundy Biosphere Reserve.  There will be games, crafts for little ones as well as refreshments and a frozen treat sponsored by Doc Braces. 
 
Wards 1 and 2: Patricia Park (Cleveland Avenue)  
Thursday, August 12 from 6:30-8 p.m.  
Rain date: Monday, August 16  
This is for residents who live between Findlay Boulevard going east to town limits on Hillsborough Road. 
 
Wards 3 and 4: Goldsboro Park (Goldsboro Avenue) 
Thursday, August 19 from 6:30-8 p.m.  
Rain date: Monday, August 23 
This is for residents who live between Findlay Boulevard going west toward town limits on Coverdale Road.  
 
Following the Province’s path to Green, the Town of Riverview continues to encourage social distancing whenever possible. Guests are welcome to also wear masks.
