Town launches Equipment Loan program

RIVERVIEW (N.B.) – The Town of Riverview is encouraging residents to stay active this summer with the introduction of an Equipment Loan program.

The free service is organised by the Town’s Parks & Recreation department and open to Riverview residents with contactless pick up and drop off included.

A variety of packages are available so residents can try different recreation activities including, traditional sports, back yard lawn games, bird watching, star gazing, making your own ice cream, spike ball and more.

Residents can apply to reserve packages online (www.townofriverview.ca/equipmentloan) or by calling 387-2075 up to 2 weeks in advance. Packages will be given out on a first come, first served basis.

Applications close on Fridays at 4 p.m. and equipment packages will be dropped off to residences by Town staff on Wednesdays and picked up the following Monday.
