Town launches new "Report a Concern" online portal

The Town of Riverview is improving its customer service by offering a new “Report a Concern” online portal that residents can use to make service requests. Numerous municipal services, including pothole reports, by-law enforcement, issues with parks and trails and snow clearing are available using the online self-service system.

The “Report a Concern” portal will give residents a convenient online option to request assistance or report issues at any time during the day or night. Once the request is submitted, it is automatically assigned to the appropriate staff person for review and the resident will receive an email notification, complete with a case-tracking number.  The request will be reviewed during regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For immediate concerns after regular business hours, residents should still call the 24/7 Public Works number at 506-387-2030 and leave a message. The on-call foreman will return their call.

“Report a Concern” can be found on the Town’s website at https://www.townofriverview.ca/contact.
