Riverview Town Council is committed to ensuring you get the best value for your tax dollars. That’s why the annual budget is the most important decision that Council makes every year. It’s where operational priorities are outlined for the upcoming year.

The process of drafting the budget occurs over several public meetings in the fall.

This year, the average residential home in Riverview costs $162,625 with a property tax assessment of $2,574. Your property taxes support the delivery of key Town services and are the primary source of funding for the Town’s operating budget.
