Transferal of Local Planning and Building Inspection Services

RIVERVIEW (N.B.) Effective January 2020, the Southeast Regional Service Commission (SERSC) will be providing the Town of Riverview with local planning and building inspection services.

For all inquiries with respect to local planning and building inspection within the Town of Riverview, please call (506) 382-5386 or visit the following office location:

• SERSC Riverview Office: Operations Centre, 300 Robertson Street, Riverview.

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed from 12 noon until 1 p.m.) The office will be open on January 2, 2020.

Town of Riverview Mayor Ann Seamans said: “We are excited to be able to have planning and inspection services provided in Riverview by the SERSC team, who will work directly with Town staff to support the development and growth of Riverview.
