Winter Wonderland Park

Winter Wonderlands aren’t just for walking in! Outdoor adventurers of all ages enjoy Winter Wonderland Park for its famous sliding hill, which includes a snowboard component, and the outdoor rink and pathway connecting to the Dobson Trail. Come out and make the most of winter.

The park has historically been open for only winter activities, as the weather permits—but the Town is developing an exciting year-round plan for recreation and community activity at the site. Planned Construction includes a new park entrance and hub, main gathering space, pump tracks, obstacle course, and new trails.

Winter Wonderland Park is located on Quinn Court.

Please Note: For safety reasons, the sliding hill is closed during certain weather conditions. Visitors are asked to obey the locked gate and stay off the hill when it is closed. For updates on conditions, please visit our Closures and Cancellations page. Motorized vehicles such as snowmobiles and four-wheelers are not permitted on the hill at any time. Helmets are recommended when using this facility.
