Human Resources

The Town of Riverview offers permanent, permanent part-time,
casual, and student employment. 
Human Resources involve the following priorities:
Coordinate all Town employment (hiring, terminations, retirements, etc.)
Participate in the negotiation and administration of collective agreements.
Maintain employee records/files.
Administer employee evaluation systems.
Coordinate corporate and employee training.
Administer employee classification system.
Responsible for labour/management relations.
Participate on Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee.
Administration of benefits programs. 
Coordinate and lead succession planning. 
Negotiate and administer the Employee Assistance Program.
