The Town of Riverview offers permanent, permanent part-time,
casual, and student employment.
Human Resources involve the following priorities:
- Coordinate all Town employment (hiring, terminations, retirements, etc.)
- Participate in the negotiation and administration of collective agreements.
- Maintain employee records/files.
- Administer employee evaluation systems.
- Coordinate corporate and employee training.
- Administer employee classification system.
- Responsible for labour/management relations.
- Participate on Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee.
- Administration of benefits programs.
- Coordinate and lead succession planning.
- Negotiate and administer the Employee Assistance Program.
