Findlay Park
The Town of Riverview is home to the newest business and commercial park in the Greater Moncton Region. Findlay Park has emerged as an exciting new business location for retail, commercial and office uses. The Park is easily accessible from both the Moncton-Riverview Causeway and the Gunningsville Bridge and is a short five minute commute by car to Downtown Moncton.
Findlay Park has over 70 acres of developable land with over 63 still available for new projects. Findlay Park Commons, a three phase, multi-tenant project is in development with Phase 1 completed and partially leased, Phase 2 currently in pre-leasing mode and Phase 3 scheduled for development within the next 18 months. Findlay Park Commons boasts a nice roofline including dormers and a glass atrium, brick front face with wood siding surrounding the complex. Phase 1 boasts 20,000 square feet of which 10,000 have already been leased.
Findlay Park is designed to be a mixed-used commercial development focusing on retail services as well as other commercial and office activity. Because of where it is located with easy access from both the Causeway and the Gunningsville Bridge, it is also a good venue for both accommodation and restaurant activity.
Riverview has been growing its business services and information technology (IT) sectors in recent years and Findlay Park could also be a location for these firms.
The Town of Riverview is promoting the Findlay Park as an important part of its commercial development plan for the next 10 to 20 years. With its strategic location and a captive market of some 27,000 residents, Findlay Park is destined to be one of New Brunswick’s most successful business parks.
