Join Derek Gallant of Wild Wisdom Adventures for a free SnowGa (snow yoga) event at Mill Creek Nature Park.
This event is open to all ages so bring the family, a friend, or some alone and meet some new people! Move, stretch, breathe and feel good while learning some basic yogic poses and movements in a fun and inclusive environment while learning to have fun in the snow. Reinvigorate your body and move like a kid again to reconnect to the joy snow play. Wild Wisdom SnowGa! Let’s Go!!!
If you're unfamiliar with the park, or would like to bring a donation for the Albert County Food Bank, meet a Town employee at the Runneymeade Road parking lot at 9:45 a.m.
