Town of Riverview / Form / Sustainability Micro-Grant Application

You’re invited to be an architect of the Town of Riverview's future! Riverview offers small-scale grants for actions and ideas that will contribute to the overall sustainability of the Town.


Completed applications must be received by Monday, April 20, 2020, at 4:30 p.m.

  • ALL applicants must read the micro-grant FAQs;
  • ALL applicants must review the Town's Sustanability Plan;
  • ALL applicants must be available on Thursday, April 30, to pitch their idea;
  • ALL applicants will be notified Wednesday, April 22, and will be given details on the pitching event;
  • ALL projects must be completed and final reports and claims submitted no later than December 31, 2020 to receive funding.

Projects must:

  • Move toward achieving goals and actions as laid out in the Town Sustainability Plan;
  • Improve the visibility and knowledge of the Town’s Sustainability Plan;
  • Contribute to actions that foster principles of sustainable development and sustainability principles in decision making;
  • Foster community partnerships and collaboration;
  • Engage community members in fun, meaningful and impactful projects that create an awareness of the importance and value of the Town’s Sustainability Plan.
