Career fair in Riverview looking for immediate talent

RIVERVIEW (N.B.) Tech Mahindra, a leading company in business process services that recently chose to locate its new services’ centre in Riverview Place, will be hosting a career fair for more than 200 available customer service positions on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018 at 720 Coverdale Road from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Applicants attending the job fair will have the opportunity to be qualified on-site by representatives of Randstad Canada, a national leader in staffing and recruitment chosen by Tech Mahindra to help enlist eligible and experienced job seekers.

“As part of the Town of Riverview’s workforce expansion and retention efforts, we will continue to support and attract career fairs to the local area in hopes of providing continued employment opportunities to our residents,” says Tahlia Ferlatte, Economic Development Officer at the Town. “Businesses that choose to locate here can also rest assured that the Town is committed to finding qualified talent to fit labour needs,” says Ferlatte.

The Town of Riverview has one of the most educated populations in the province, with 59 per cent having some form of post-secondary education.

Job requirements include experience in customer service, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and 24/7 availability. Chosen applicants will be offered full-time employment in an inclusive, corporate environment, with a salary range of $30,000 - $32,000 per year, as well an extensive benefits package and room for growth.
