Codiac Transpo launches post-COVID-19 Survey

In an effort to better understand the needs of current customers, and those looking to return or start using transit, Codiac Transpo has launched an online survey. This survey aims to understand the current needs of riders and their current challenges to using transit, given the current pandemic service levels.

“Passenger needs have changed in light of the pandemic, and as we plan to rebuild transit in the tricommunity, we are seeking the input from our passengers, as well as those who are interested in returning or starting to use transit” said Angela Allain, Director of Public Transit for the City of Moncton. The survey is available online at letschatmoncton.ca.

Residents in Moncton, Riverview, and Dieppe are encouraged to take the survey that consists of 10 questions related to transit, service levels, and their feedback related to current routes/schedules. Once completed, the results will be used for future transit planning. The deadline to submit feedback in the survey is September 18, 2021.
