Tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFP)

  • Award of Tender 18-07R to AVL Construction Group Incorporated in the amount of $20,475 + HST for asphalt pavement and crack sealing on various streets.
  • Award of Tender 18-20 to Evolution Roofing Limited in the amount of $133,120 +HST for replacement of roof shingles at Riverview Fire & Rescue.
  • Award of Tender 18-31 to JK Fraser & Son Limited in the amount of $137,015.02 for Mill Creek Nature Park phase 4 landscaping and trail improvements.
  • Award of Tender 18-40B to LeBlanc Sprinklers Limited in the amount of $111,205 for Byron Dobson Arena phase 2 facility upgrade and improvement (fire protection renewal).
  • Award of Tender 18-71 to Lounsbury Automotive Limited in the amount of $36,833.90 including HST and trade-in for (1) new 2019 4x4 half-ton extended cab truck.
  • Award of Tender 18-75 to Roadway Systems Limited in the amount of $19,806 + HST for the replacement of underground duct and wiring for street lights on Pinder Road and Dayton Court.
  • Award of Tender 18-77 to Lounsbury Automotive Limited in the amount of $71,358 + HST for (2) new 2019 one-ton crew cab 4x4 truck, chassis and cab.
  • Award of RFP to Colliers International to provide professional commercial real estate services for the Town of Riverview.

Other Business

Council made a motion to purchase (2) 2018/19 Moncton Wildcats season tickets in the amount of $600.30.

Council made a motion to appoint Councillor Tammy Rampersaud as Deputy Mayor for a one-year term.
