Find Your Gift holiday campaign rewards local shopping

RIVERVIEW (N.B.) Now until December 24, the Town of Riverview will be giving away more than $1,000 in gift certificates to customers who shop locally this holiday season.

Last week 50 new and existing businesses picked up their packages of Holiday Shopping Passports in hopes of incentivizing seasonal shopping in the Town of Riverview. “Aside from renowned hospitality, our businesses offer customers a wide range of unique and affordable gift ideas,” says Economic Development Officer Tahlia Ferlatte.

For every $20 spent at a participating location, shoppers will receive a stamp in their holiday shopping passport up to a maximum of $600 per transaction. When a passport has 10 stamps, return it to any participating business for the chance to win a $1000 shopping spree. The Town of Riverview will also be giving away five $50 early bird prizes beginning December 10.

Customers can collect stamps until December 24 at 4:30 p.m. All passports must be submitted by December 30 to be considered for the grand prize, which will be announced January 4, 2019 on the Town’s economic social channels @Envision Riverview.
