Grade 4 students share what they love about Riverview

Mayor Seamans recently spoke with an audience of enthusiastic Grade 4 students during visits to Riverview classrooms. She is invited each year to talk about her position and civic politics as part of the elementary curriculum.

This year, classes competed for the chance to win a pizza party at Town Hall! It was a close call but Mr. Trenholm’s Grade 4 class at Claude D. Taylor School won with their submission of a video spotlighting the best places to explore in town such as the centurion tank in Caseley Park, the catwalk over Findlay Boulevard and their own school playground.
