Hillsborough Road Construction-Hillview to Old Coach

The Town of Riverview wishes to advise the public that Hillsborough Road from Hillview to Old Coach has been repaved but lane marking is still remaining to be completed. 

Please drive with caution as this section only has temporary markings.  The permanent line painting is scheduled to be completed September 3rd weather permitting. 

Please note that there is a change in the traffic lanes configuration on Hillsborough Road from Hillview to Winston:

- The two Eastbound direction lanes off Gunningsville Bridge, will be extended to Chesswood with the right lane ending and merging into the left lane.

- In the Westbound direction, the dedicated left turning lanes at Howard, Court, and Leonard have been removed.

The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the public’s patience during the construction.
