Riverview Fire & Rescue Hosts Open House For Fire Prevention Week

RIVERVIEW (N.B.) – Riverview Fire & Rescue will host an open house on Saturday, October 15, 2022 to celebrate 2022 Fire Prevention Week. Come get an up-close look at fire, rescue and EMS equipment and learn important fire prevention and safety tips. Admission is free!

All events take place at the Riverview Fire Station (650 Pinewood Road).

8-11 a.m. Pancake breakfast hosted by the Riverview Lions Club
11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Children’s activities including antique fire trucks, ride-alongs on Little Albert Engine 11 ½, and more.
12-2 p.m. Barbecue and refreshments courtesy of Liberty Utilities

Fire Prevention Week 2022 is observed from October 9-15. This year's theme “Fire won’t wait. Plan your escape™”, works to educate everyone about simple but important actions they can take to keep themselves and those around them safe from home fires.
