RIVERVIEW (N.B.) – The Town of Riverview wishes to update residents regarding the status of municipal facilities following the province’s decision to return Zone 1 – which includes Riverview – to the yellow COVID-19 recovery phase.

The following Town of Riverview facilities will return to the yellow level as of Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020:

  • Byron Dobson Arena
  • Coverdale Centre
  • Bridgedale Centre
  • Community Hall
  • Indoor Skate Park
  • Youth Drop-in Centre
  • Pat Crossman Memorial Pool (aquatic rentals and all other aquatic programs)

Regular user groups of these facilities have been contacted by the Town’s Parks and Recreation Department. Any individuals or user groups uncertain about events booked should contact the appropriate facility for further guidance.

Pre-registration is required at the skate park (click here) and youth drop-in centre (click here).

Individuals, groups and organizations using Town recreation facilities are reminded to ensure they have revised and submitted their operational plans, and to ensure that those plans follow all guidelines indicated by the province regarding the yellow phase.

The Town would also like to remind the public that face coverings are required in all buildings owned and operated by the municipality.
