Town of Riverview seeks nominations for 2020 Jim DeWolfe Community Spirit Award

***Please note the 2020 Volunteer Recognition Night has been cancelled in light of the COVID-19 pandemic***

We're looking for Riverview's crème de la crème, the people whose selfless achievements positively contribute to life in Riverview. Help us say thank you to those special neighbours, coaches, leaders and doers by submitting a nomination for the Town of Riverview’s annual Jim DeWolfe Community Spirit Award.

Nominations are now open for the Award, which honours those who are highly engaged in giving back to the community, and sets a tone of warmth, positivity and inclusiveness in the town. Please nominate a community member who you think best embodies Riverview's community spirit by Friday, April 10, 2020. Visit www.townofriverview.ca/jimdewolfe to submit an online nomination or to print an application form. Print forms are also available at Riverview Town Hall on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

The Jim DeWolfe Community Spirit Award was created in 2013 as part of the Town of Riverview's 40th anniversary celebrations and is intended to increase civic pride while celebrating those who truly make Riverview a great place to grow. An independent selection committee reviews and selects the recipient that best fits the award’s criteria.
