Winter Carnival opening ceremonies postponed to Feb. 3

With freezing rain and blowing snow in the forecast tonight, Winter Carnival Ignite has been postponed to Saturday, Feb. 3. Please note the new start time: event begins at 5 p.m. with a party in the giant igloo at Winter Wonderland Park, followed by fireworks over the sliding hill at 6:30 p.m.
