The Town of Riverview is currently accepting applications for the position of Instructor/Guard at the Pat Crossman Memorial Aquatic Centre beginning in September.

Rates fo Pay and Hours:
- Lifeguard ($11.86- $12.38) / Instructor ($12.61- $13.14)
- Part time evenings and weekends available
- Full time hours available including day time, evenings and weekends with a $3.50/ hour premium on week day hours before 4:00 p.m.

*Selected candidates who possess Red Cross certifications as Water Safety Instructor and Red Cross Guard will be required to participate in a Lifesaving Society transfer clinic upon hire.
All those selected will participate in a group skills assessment.
Candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements are welcome to apply, however, they will be required to successfully obtain these certifications at their own expense before the position's start date.
The PCM Aquatic Centre will be offering the certifications below to those who are 16+ years of age and hold their Bronze Cross certification:
National Lifeguard & Workplace First Aid Course ($220): Aug 27 - 31 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Swim for Life Instructor Course ($115): Aug 18 - 19 from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
