Want to meet new people, go on cool trips, gain valuable work experience, and have an amazing summer with the Town of Riverview?

Riverview's Junior Leadership Program is a volunteer experience for youth between the ages of 13 and 15, running from June until the end of August. It offers leadership experience to 20 Riverview youth every summer.

Junior Leaders assist the Parks and Recreation summer staff who administer all of our summer programs, Youth Drop in activities and community events.  We are also active in the Community, volunteering at various organizations and hosting fundraising initiatives. Older students act as mentors to the Junior Leaders modelling organization, initiative, creativity, and responsibility.

Applicants must be a Riverview resident and between the ages of 13-15 as of June 1st.

Applications open April 2nd

Location

The Town of Riverview's Junior Leadership program operates out of the Riverview Community Hall - 145A Lakeside drive, Riverview. Youth are expected to arrange their own transportation to and from the Community Hall at the beginning and end of each day.
