PETITIONS, PRESENTATIONS & DELEGATION

  • Presentation by Jean-Claude Cormier - Second Chance Workshop/Enviro Plus - Residents are encouraged to drop off unused or unwanted furniture at 315 Baig Blvd, or call 506-853-7722 to have it picked up for you. Mr. Cormier also invites anyone who has the ability/skill to fix furniture to visit the store as they are always in need of a helping hand. Most furniture that comes in needs a bit of love and repair, and so they would appreciate any time that volunteers can give. Please drop in or call if you are interested in volunteer opportunities.

RECOMMENDATIONS FROM COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE

  • Council approved the design and development phase of the Riverview Recreation Complex which will be used to create documents for tendering.
  • A grant request of $1000 was awarded to River of Pride for an event at the Riverview Arts Centre in September.
