Skiing and Snowshoeing

When the snow flies, come on out and play. Riverview offers 15 km of cross country ski trails and 3 km of marked snowshoe and fat bike trails in the scenic beauty of Mill Creek Nature Park. The ski trails are located behind the Bridgedale Community Centre on Vernon Avenue. The trail network features groomed trails for classic and skate skiing for intermediate level skiiers with some easy and difficult sections along the way.

Use of trails is weather dependent. Always check current weather conditions and our Closures and Cancellations page before heading out.

Please Note: Walkers, dogs, and motorized equipment damage the trail, rendering it unsafe for skaters and those using the classic technique. Please report any violations to Riverview Parks & Recreation.
