Presentations and Delegations

Recommendations 

  • Committee of the Whole recommends to approve the audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2019 prepared by AC Stevenson & Partners, Chartered Professional Accountants.
  • Committee of the Whole recommends to give the first reading of By-law 600-05-05-Animal Control By-law and recommend the approval of Policy 01-2500-03-Animal Control By-law Procedures as outlined on April 27, 2020.
  • Committee of the Whole recommends that Town Council accept the staff recommendation to give first reading of By-law 700-90-Flyer Distribution at the Regular Council meeting of May 11, 2020.
  • Committee of the Whole recommends that Town Council accept the Terms of Reference for the AD-Hoc Community Investment Policy Review Committee.
  • Committee of the Whole recommends that Town Council accept the staff recommendations in regard to the Pavement Management as per presentation made at the April 27, 2020 meeting.
  • Committee of the Whole recommends that Town Council accept the staff recommendation to proceed with the full closure of Gunningsville Boulevard from Coverdale to Pinewood on weekdays (6:30 a.m. Monday to 7:30 p.m. Friday) for a period of three weeks commencing May 18th – June 5, 2020.)
