Gentle Yoga Workshop for Beginners

Start the fall season with a gentle Yoga Workshop held at Just Move Studio where we will break down the poses into simple movements to follow along. Chairs and props provided to assist you to get up off the floor if needed. This is for those brand new to Yoga. Fall back into the habit of taking care of YOU.
