Program Refunds

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a flexible and transparent process for withdrawals and cancellations. Please review our refund policy below:

Mystery Tours, Carriage Rides & Special Events

  • Refunds will only be issued if your spot can be filled by someone on the waitlist.
  • A $15 administration fee will be applied.
  • If the spot cannot be filled, a refund will not be issued.

Fitness, Wellness, Swimming Lessons & Other Programs

  • Full refunds are available if requested at least 5 days before the program start date. A $15 processing fee will apply.
  • If the Parks and Recreation Department cancels a program, a full refund will be issued (no fee).
  • Credits may be issued after the 5-day window for:
    • Participants who are no longer able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Participants who are unsatisfied with a program, or registered for the wrong class.
  • All credits are valid for 12 months and can be used for any Town program or admission. Unused credits expire after 12 months.
  • Credits are non-transferable, except between members of the same family.
  • Once a program has started, eligible credits will be pro-rated, and a $15 processing fee will still apply.
  • If a single class is canceled due to weather, instructor unavailability, or for unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be applied to your account.
  • Exceptions will be made for individuals who provide a doctor's note. Please complete the form below to request an exemption.
